In the 22nd minute Ant Kayıhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celal Rafet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Batuhan Tamkut dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yakup Kadri Saye, 1-0. Celal Rafet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Deniz Ilımlı in the 30th minute of play. Batuhan Tamkut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yakup Kadri Saye read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Bingöl's Celal Rafet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakkı Deniz Ilımlı in the 34th minute of play. When Abdurrahman Sıraç fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Osmangazi FK's protests and gave Abdurrahman Sıraç a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th match minute, Osmangazi FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdurrahman Sıraç to maneuver through the defense. Cengizhan Zeynur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Yakup Kadri Saye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdurrahman Sıraç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Batuhan Tamkut was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot by Tuğrul Tümer from long distance, 52 minutes into the match, got Celal Rafet's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Ant Kayıhan came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Osmangazi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ant Kayıhan couldn't finish the play. If Ant Kayıhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Cengizhan Zeynur came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Bingöl fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cengizhan Zeynur couldn't finish the play. Mustafa Haydar Sergen's late challenge caught a Osmangazi FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Haydar Sergen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Osmangazi FK booed when Bingöl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. The supporters of Bingöl booed when Osmangazi FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fazıl Hüsnü Aktaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batuhan Tamkut in the 76th minute of play forced Osmangazi FK's goalkeeper Yakup Kadri Saye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdurrahman Sıraç hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The tension between the Bingöl and the Osmangazi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Güralp Şahkar during the 93rd minute.
