If Songurbey Ballı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Murgul getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Çakır Özaktuğ hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Songurbey Ballı managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zile's supporters rose to their feet, but Songurbey Ballı was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seyfettin Akkoyun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seyfettin Akkoyun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Songurbey Ballı, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Seyfettin Akkoyun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kazım Şirvan went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Songurbey Ballı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Zile's Alf Möllgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asım Mahir in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Songurbey Ballı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Murgul getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Çakır Özaktuğ hit a great ball. Murgul's Asım Mahir got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd play minute Songurbey Ballı came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Seyfettin Akkoyun. 0-4. Alf Möllgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celalettin Tun in the 77th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Kazım Şirvan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seyfettin Akkoyun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seyfettin Akkoyun stood somewhat misplaced when Kazım Şirvan came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 86 minute. Alf Möllgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asım Mahir in the 91st minute of play. Songurbey Ballı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
