In the 6thth minute of the game Sabahattin Uyar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gürpinar JK's Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Nusaybin's Zülfü Erben got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute Cem Usun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gürpinar JK booed when Nusaybin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulkadir Yalazay didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Şener Kuter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Nusaybin booed when Gürpinar JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Levent Sunguralp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şener Kuter struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Hakkı Onur Yaltırak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gürpinar JK. Mehmet Arif Babürşah kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Nusaybin's goal looked a bit too open when Arslan Tanak came free, but Hakkı Onur Yaltırak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rıza Özguner fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gürpinar JK's protests and gave Rıza Özguner a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gürpinar JK! Abdulkadir Yalazay placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Hakkı Onur Yaltırak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arslan Tanak's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

Arslan Tanak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Onur Yaltırak having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Arslan Tanak made a precise shot to the right of Hakkı Onur Yaltırak. Nusaybin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cem Usun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz having to interfere. Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cem Usun in the 63rd minute of the match. If Sabahattin Uyar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nusaybin's Hakkı Onur Yaltırak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arslan Tanak in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Mehmet Arif Babürşah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Temel Aksakal kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şener Kuter in the 69th minute of play forced Nusaybin's goalkeeper Hakkı Onur Yaltırak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute of the match Ali Erdem Özhan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The supporters of Gürpinar JK booed when Nusaybin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdulkadir Yalazay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sabahattin Uyar came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz could save by the left post. Şener Kuter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hakkı Onur Yaltırak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulkadir Yalazay hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Cem Usun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Hasan Ilgaz came out and tried to block the shot, but Cem Usun slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 87th minute. Gürpinar JK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
