When Ahmet Hayri Tayfur came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Ayazpoyraz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Hayri Tayfur couldn't finish the play. Akın Kalender came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ayazpoyraz's Ahmet Hayri Tayfur. But to his dismay, Ahmet Hayri Tayfur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Bedri Gültekin was the one to do the kick off. Akın Kalender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hayri Tayfur, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 62nd minute, Ali Orhan Tuyan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Akın Kalender made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Yaman Sabuncuoğlu sent off a good shot on target. After 75 played minutes DESPI got a freekick which was hit by Hadi Hekimoğlu. If Yaman Sabuncuoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. DESPI's Hadi Hekimoğlu got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Hadi Hekimoğlu off the ground. Hadi Hekimoğlu hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Aykut Hacı sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Akın Kalender threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Aykut Hacı this time. Ayazpoyraz's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aykut Hacı in the 96th minute. 98 minutes had been played when some careless play by DESPI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aykut Hacı was slow to take the kick. During this time Ayazpoyraz's players had a chance to rest. Aykut Hacı made a great header on Ayazpoyraz's corner, it was just that DESPI's Akın Kalender managed to reach the ball for a save. The DESPI supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ayazpoyraz's performance. The match ended with a win for Ayazpoyraz.
