In the 4th minute Ali Kağan Mertkal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Tevfik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mehmet Çağrı Yener succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Ali Kağan Mertkal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Besiktas USA booed when Petkim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atalan Öksal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered loudly when Selçuk Özgeer's long shot in the 30th minute became 2-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Mirkelam Onultan. Mirkelam Onultan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Şensoy Kayı in the 39th minute. If Mehmet Çağrı Yener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind Petkim's goalkeeper Mirkelam Onultan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Çağrı Yener made a kick off. Mirkelam Onultan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Çağrı Yener in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Mehmet Çağrı Yener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirkelam Onultan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Petkim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bedir Turabi to maneuver through the defense. When Mehmet Çağrı Yener came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Besiktas USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Çağrı Yener couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Mehmet Çağrı Yener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Besiktas USA's supporters rose to their feet, but Mehmet Çağrı Yener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mirkelam Onultan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Çağrı Yener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Mehmet Çağrı Yener ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mirkelam Onultan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Şensoy Kayı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Mirkelam Onultan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Petkim defense, Şensoy Kayı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mirkelam Onultan. The Petkim fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mirkelam Onultan should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Mehmet Çağrı Yener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirkelam Onultan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Besiktas USA's Şensoy Kayı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mirkelam Onultan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Mehmet Çağrı Yener sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Besiktas USA had played much better football throughout.
