Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Doganyurt's Levent Tümer started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 minutes, Mehmet Efe Tecik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bafra and the Doganyurt players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Bafra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Efe Tecik to maneuver through the defense. Osman Kutay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boran Melik went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. When Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Doganyurt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay couldn't finish the play. If Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Müfit Boğatekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Levent Tümer's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Dilaver Türkcan's late challenge caught a Bafra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dilaver Türkcan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Dilaver Türkcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Boran Melik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Doganyurt's goalkeeper Osman Kutay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Boran Melik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Osman Kutay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the game, Levent Tümer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Müfit Boğatekin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Okanalp Erencan fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bafra's protests and gave Okanalp Erencan a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Bafra got a freekick which was hit by Okanalp Erencan. A collision led to Doganyurt getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Okanalp Vechi hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boran Melik got free with Osman Kutay in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ali Nabi Koçaslan made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Levent Tümer fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Müfit Boğatekin, passed just outside the right post. Doganyurt's Levent Tümer got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Nabi Koçaslan in the 54th minute of play forced Doganyurt's goalkeeper Osman Kutay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Doganyurt's Dilaver Türkcan got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 64th minute Ali Nabi Koçaslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osman Kutay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Doganyurt booed when Bafra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Orhan Tekindağ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Levent Tümer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Müfit Boğatekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zikri Ufki in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Doganyurt getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Zikri Ufki hit a great ball. After 86 minutes of play, Bafra's Boran Melik made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osman Kutay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dilaver Türkcan got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Dilaver Türkcan hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Bafra's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fazlı Nadir in the 92nd minute. The corner ended in Fazlı Nadir almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Doganyurt's Osman Kutay did a great save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mustafa Ekrem Çiltay got free with Müfit Boğatekin in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bafra's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
