Osmangazi JK's players were relieved. 4 minutes into the match, Bulut Kutlar notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Osmangazi JK's Abdulhamit Ünsevin. Abdulhamit Ünsevin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 7 minutes, Süruri Doğanhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Osmangazi JK and the Fırtına players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 7 played minutes Osmangazi JK got a freekick which was hit by Süruri Doğanhan. After a rather tough play, Fırtına's Bulut Kutlar got a free kick in the 8th minute. Ahmet Taşkın stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alkan Bektaş's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Güvenç Vurgun hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ahmet Taşkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkan Bektaş, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Osmangazi JK booed when Fırtına was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakut İmdat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fırtına's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alkan Bektaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Fırtına's attentive Güvenç Vurgun managed to snatch the ball when Çelebi Tanın made a throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th match minute, Osmangazi JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Süruri Doğanhan to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Taci Kayı was the one to do the kick off. Taci Kayı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulhamit Ünsevin having to interfere. Taci Kayı took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdulhamit Ünsevin. Abdulhamit Ünsevin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Bulut Kutlar might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdulhamit Ünsevin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bulut Kutlar ran back to his position shaking his head. Bulut Kutlar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fırtına's goalkeeper Ahmet Taşkın, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bulut Kutlar struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Abdulhamit Ünsevin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fırtına. In the 76th minute, Bulut Kutlar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abdulhamit Ünsevin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Taci Kayı in the 78th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Akgün Vedat in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Osmangazi JK's Fikri Demirtaş. Yakut İmdat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdulhamit Ünsevin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taci Kayı in the 85th minute of play forced Osmangazi JK's goalkeeper Abdulhamit Ünsevin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Taşkın made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Alkan Bektaş sent off a good shot on target. A sloppy throw-in by Çelebi Tanın in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Fırtına's Güvenç Vurgun. Güvenç Vurgun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fırtına walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
