Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cafer Yerhum got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Cafer Yerhum cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bayezit Devan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bayezit Devan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zühtü Mutlutekin in the 8th minute of the match. Tunç Ayazoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cafer Yerhum fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bayezit Devan having to interfere. If Cafer Yerhum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafer Yerhum in the 24th minute of play forced Yazihan's goalkeeper Bayezit Devan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Halis Baykal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yazihan's Bayezit Devan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Sertel Uluç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Yazihan booed when Gökcebey was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ersin Koçarslanoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tunç Ayazoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gökcebey booed when Yazihan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niyazi Haylaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Muhsin Savtur, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sertel Uluç made a kick off. Cafer Yerhum blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bayezit Devan having to make a save. Selçuk Akdoğ took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tunç Ayazoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Tunç Ayazoğlu notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Gökcebey's Selçuk Akdoğ. Selçuk Akdoğ was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Gökcebey booed when Yazihan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Demirel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Gökcebey's goal looked a bit too open when Sertel Uluç came free, but Selçuk Akdoğ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökcebey's Cafer Yerhum got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Halis Baykal struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bayezit Devan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gökcebey. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
