Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Güven Onbulak started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Yenikentgücü's Abuzer Tuner got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Sezen Üçok could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Artun Egeli made a huge save. In the 4th match minute, Kasırga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Buğra Eyüpoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 7 minutes, Tanju Dirican managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kasırga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tanju Dirican was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birant Tokuş kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. If Sezen Üçok had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Buğra Eyüpoğlu during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Yenikentgücü booed when Kasırga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buğra Eyüpoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tanju Dirican charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tanju Dirican the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tanju Dirican kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tanju Dirican in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artun Egeli saved Yenikentgücü from getting behind. A collision led to Kasırga getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Seyfi Bakkalbaşıoğlu hit a great ball. Güven Onbulak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fedai Akansel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tanju Dirican sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tanju Dirican fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artun Egeli having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tanju Dirican was the one to do the kick off. Kasırga's Tanju Dirican got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tanju Dirican struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Artun Egeli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kasırga. Kasırga's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Güven Onbulak scored to the left of an out of position Fedai Akansel, making the score, 0-1. Tanju Dirican fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artun Egeli having to interfere. Tanju Dirican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Artun Egeli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artun Egeli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tanju Dirican's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Seyfi Bakkalbaşıoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Tanju Dirican shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artun Egeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abuzer Tuner hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Sezen Üçok notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Yenikentgücü's Artun Egeli. Artun Egeli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute, Ali Vedat Tekke got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fedai Akansel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Talat Erdoğan. 94 minutes into the match, Tanju Dirican notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Yenikentgücü's Artun Egeli. Artun Egeli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that Kasırga were the better team. Kasırga's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
