Muzaffer Yunus might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Demir Cansun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Muzaffer Yunus ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the match, Caybasi's goal looked a bit too open when Alican Tellioğlu came free, but Demir Cansun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caybasi's goalkeeper Demir Cansun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Demir Cansun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alican Tellioğlu in the 31st minute of play. If Bilgin Şafakgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Muzaffer Yunus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cayyolu JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Muzaffer Yunus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demir Cansun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 67th minute, Muzaffer Yunus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bilgin Şafakgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cayyolu JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doğaner Kuntay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Muzaffer Yunus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cayyolu JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Muzaffer Yunus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
