In the 19th match minute, Firat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fırat Enginalp to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th match minute, Firat was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Songur Öktürk to maneuver through the defense. Firat's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Behçet İlenç scored to the left of an out of position Oğuzcan Beyzade, making the score, 1-0. If Fırat Enginalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fırat Enginalp might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Ergümen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fırat Enginalp ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Fırat Enginalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rahim Ergümen was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Oğuzcan Beyzade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ufuk Ulunay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rahim Ergümen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çetin Şennur in the 43rd minute of the match. A hard shot by Babür Dalan from long distance, 46 minutes into the match, got Oğuzcan Beyzade's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çetin Şennur made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Kandilli SK's Mesut Ramazan got a free kick in the 51st minute. 59 minutes into the match, Firat's goal looked a bit too open when Behçet İlenç came free, but Oğuzcan Beyzade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rahim Ergümen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çetin Şennur, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Rıdvan Nuh kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Çetin Şennur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fırat Enginalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Firat's zone, Ufuk Ulunay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oğuzcan Beyzade came out of the goal and Ufuk Ulunay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fırat Enginalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rahim Ergümen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
