Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Melih Cevdet Cansoy started the match with the kick off. Sezen Teksoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utkan Ongul having to interfere. Ali Vedat Tugal charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ali Vedat Tugal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Catalpinar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Vedat Tugal to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Yalvac's Olcay Orkun Ruhsat fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 7th minute, Lemi Uğurlubey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Melih Cevdet Cansoy struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Alpay Sabuncuoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yalvac. A collision led to Yalvac getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gündüz Yazır hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melih Cevdet Cansoy in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alpay Sabuncuoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Utkan Ongul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Vedat Tugal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Vedat Tugal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utkan Ongul having to interfere. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Yalvac's goalkeeper Utkan Ongul, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute Melih Cevdet Cansoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alpay Sabuncuoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melih Cevdet Cansoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alpay Sabuncuoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yalvac's Olcay Orkun Ruhsat got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ejder Şenbay kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Melih Cevdet Cansoy kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alpay Sabuncuoğlu. That made the score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. In the 46th minute, Melih Cevdet Cansoy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alpay Sabuncuoğlu. The goal made the score 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sezen Teksoy made a kick off. Yalvac's Utkan Ongul proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Yalvac from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Yalvac's Utkan Ongul got control of the ball when Ali Vedat Tugal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Catalpinar JK's Alpay Sabuncuoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melih Cevdet Cansoy in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th match minute, Catalpinar JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ejder Şenbay to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melih Cevdet Cansoy in the 65th minute of play forced Catalpinar JK's goalkeeper Alpay Sabuncuoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Sezen Teksoy fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Utkan Ongul, passed just outside the right post. Lemi Uğurlubey hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Sezen Teksoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Utkan Ongul having to interfere. Ragıp Aybar charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ragıp Aybar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Ragıp Aybar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Olcay Orkun Ruhsat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Vedat Tugal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Yalvac's Utkan Ongul got control of the ball when Ali Vedat Tugal tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serhat Umur during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Serhat Umur kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, Catalpinar JK's goal looked a bit too open when Olcay Orkun Ruhsat came free, but Alpay Sabuncuoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Melih Cevdet Cansoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Catalpinar JK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
