After 5 played minutes Cadddebostan JK got a freekick which was hit by Baskın Tutkun. The audience was convinced that Birdal Pekdemir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orçun Keçeli was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 24thth minute of the game Birdal Pekdemir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cadddebostan JK's Orçun Keçeli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 29th minute, Mürsel Baltaş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Orçun Keçeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vahit Akdoruk in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Vahit Akdoruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orçun Keçeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th match minute, Galatasaray SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bora Han Eraksan to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Cadddebostan JK's Hakkı Kenan Şanver tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Birdal Pekdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Galatasaray SK were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpected shot in the 52nd minute by Vahit Akdoruk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Orçun Keçeli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Birdal Pekdemir showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 54 minute of play. Vahit Akdoruk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Orçun Keçeli made a huge save. In the 61st minute Birdal Pekdemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orçun Keçeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vahit Akdoruk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orçun Keçeli having to interfere. Orçun Keçeli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birdal Pekdemir went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Vahit Akdoruk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orçun Keçeli having to interfere. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cadddebostan JK's goalkeeper Orçun Keçeli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zühtü Baltacıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Batuğ Aktürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
