Karaisali's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Erdi Hadim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuddusî Yalçıner in the 9th minute of play. Poyraz Eygül took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şükrü Eripek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şükrü Eripek showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Kuzey Tonguç charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kuzey Tonguç the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Özdemirler's Kuzey Tonguç got a free kick in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Arif Egemen İmruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Özdemirler's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karaisali the free kick. Arif Egemen İmruz hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Yavuz Selim Canbek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Karaisali fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Özdemirler a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Anıl Çalımbay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Karaisali's Erdi Hadim. 1-2. Yavuz Selim Canbek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Poyraz Eygül made a huge save. Kuzey Tonguç sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kuddusî Yalçıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göktuğ Karadeniz kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Kuddusî Yalçıner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Özdemirler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuddusî Yalçıner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göktuğ Karadeniz during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Göktuğ Karadeniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kuddusî Yalçıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The wind increased when Kuddusî Yalçıner made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Kuddusî Yalçıner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdi Hadim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Poyraz Eygül showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Selim Canbek in the 59th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play Karaisali's Göktuğ Karadeniz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 65th minute Kuddusî Yalçıner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdi Hadim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Karaisali's goal looked a bit too open when Kuddusî Yalçıner came free, but Erdi Hadim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özdemirler's Kuddusî Yalçıner got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karaisali's Erdi Hadim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kuddusî Yalçıner in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to Karaisali getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Şükrü Eripek hit a great ball. Özdemirler's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Anıl Çalımbay in the 85th minute. After taking down the ball on Özdemirler's corner Anıl Çalımbay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Erdi Hadim quite easily take care of the ball. If Kuddusî Yalçıner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd minute, Ahmet Yahya Cihanmert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Özdemirler fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Özdemirler played a much better game than Karaisali and deserved their victory. The Karaisali players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
