Ekber Sırat made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Müslüm Yiğiter sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Azmi Çalkın's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ekber Sırat was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 9th minute, Alaca SK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Müslüm Yiğiter fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 14th match minute, Alaca SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osman Oksay to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Lapseki JK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Uçhan came free, but Halil Can Hacısalihoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdi Uçhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azmi Çalkın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ekber Sırat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Müslüm Yiğiter had several of the Alaca SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Ekber Sırat as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Azmi Çalkın made the kick off in the second half. Şenel Değirmenci struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Halil Can Hacısalihoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alaca SK. In the 55th minute Azmi Çalkın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekber Sırat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alaca SK's zone, Müslüm Yiğiter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ekber Sırat came out of the goal and Müslüm Yiğiter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute, one of Alaca SK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Alaca SK. The referee gave Lapseki JK a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hüseyin Rahmi Tokyay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alaca SK's Ekber Sırat. 2-0. If Müslüm Yiğiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Azmi Çalkın managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lapseki JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Azmi Çalkın was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ekber Sırat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Alaca SK's goal looked a bit too open when Azmi Çalkın came free, but Ekber Sırat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Müslüm Yiğiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alaca SK booed when Lapseki JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halim Çetinel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Alaca SK's Bican Özgulec broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Müslüm Yiğiter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Azmi Çalkın recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Lapseki JK booed when Alaca SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürhan Atay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes of play, Lapseki JK's Azmi Çalkın made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ekber Sırat was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ekber Sırat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Azmi Çalkın in the 93rd minute of play. Lapseki JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
