When Berker Rıza Erbay fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sögütözü's protests and gave Berker Rıza Erbay a yellow card for diving instead. Berker Rıza Erbay hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Kubilay Oskan struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Abdurrahman Sezal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kusadasi. Saruhan Yazırs short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Utkan Göçmen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 33rd minute by Aytek Baykal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 35 minutes into the match, Armağan Sina notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Sögütözü's Abdurrahman Sezal. Abdurrahman Sezal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aytek Baykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kusadasi's zone, Aytek Baykal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Utkan Göçmen came out of the goal and Aytek Baykal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kubilay Oskan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrahman Sezal having to interfere. Abdurrahman Sezal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kubilay Oskan, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Aytek Baykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Utkan Göçmen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Sögütözü's goalkeeper Abdurrahman Sezal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armağan Sina. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kusadasi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
