Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dargecit's Abay Şahbender started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10 played minutes Dargecit got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Özkoc. A collision led to Dursunbey getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Cumhur Özkutsal hit a great ball. İlkan Sayhan, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bahadır Gürgen hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The referee gave Dargecit a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by İlkan Sayhan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dursunbey's Enver Şahtürk. 0-1. Enver Şahtürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abay Şahbender in the 28th minute of play. Dursunbey's Baykan Akgündüz got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Baykan Akgündüz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dursunbey fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Yaşar Tümerdem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Merih Tanrıverdi managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Dursunbey's Baykan Akgündüz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Baykan Akgündüz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yaşar Tümerdem was the one to do the kick off. Gökay Haksever's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Enver Şahtürk firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Gökay Haksever kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enver Şahtürk. That made the score 1-2 in the 61 minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Dursunbey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bahadır Gürgen to maneuver through the defense. Gökay Haksever kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 68thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Dursunbey's keeper Enver Şahtürk was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Enver Şahtürk was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Abay Şahbender capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Abay Şahbender really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Abay Şahbender fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enver Şahtürk having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gökay Haksever got free with Enver Şahtürk in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baykan Akgündüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Merih Tanrıverdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Dursunbey's Baykan Akgündüz in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dargecit's goalie prevented a goal. Merih Tanrıverdi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baykan Akgündüz's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. The supporters of Dursunbey booed when Dargecit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Kemal Sönmezalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Bozkurt Yiğitoğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Merih Tanrıverdi skillfully saved the ball. Dargecit's Merih Tanrıverdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaşar Tümerdem in the 98th minute of play. The Dargecit supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dargecit would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
