The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Veli Sebukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semi Sahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bünyamin Kamer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlmi Aşık having to interfere. The Tasköprü fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Tasköprü's Anıl Ahad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bünyamin Kamer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İlmi Aşık having to interfere. Tasköprü's Veli Sebukalp got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Anıl Ahad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tasköprü's supporters rose to their feet, but Anıl Ahad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Semi Sahir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Veli Sebukalp in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Semi Sahir saved MCT Strong Police from getting behind. Anıl Ahad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, MCT Strong Police's Gökçen Semih got a free kick in the 35th minute. Semi Sahir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Veli Sebukalp's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Veli Sebukalp was the one to do the kick off. Veli Sebukalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tasköprü booed when MCT Strong Police was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gökçen Semih didn't get a good kick on the ball. MCT Strong Police's Semi Sahir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save MCT Strong Police from getting a goal against them. With 57 minutes on the clock, Suat Özdağ commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 57th minute, one of MCT Strong Police:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for MCT Strong Police. When the match had been going on for 60 minutes, Tasköprü's Bedri Tekinay got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Semi Sahir. In the 63rd minute, Veli Sebukalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bünyamin Kamer struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. İlmi Aşık didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MCT Strong Police. Bünyamin Kamer might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İlmi Aşık. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bünyamin Kamer ran back to his position shaking his head. Semi Sahir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veli Sebukalp in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Veli Sebukalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semi Sahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Semi Sahir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anıl Ahad in the 75th minute. Veli Sebukalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Semi Sahir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökçen Semih's late challenge caught a Tasköprü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökçen Semih helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, MCT Strong Police was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökçen Semih to maneuver through the defense. If Anıl Ahad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bünyamin Kamer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Semi Sahir managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Tasköprü's Anıl Ahad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bünyamin Kamer struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. İlmi Aşık didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MCT Strong Police. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tasköprü had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
