The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hızır Pınarbaşı got free with Ali Kürşat Kuntman in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Halil İbrahim Duman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karhan Yener in the 12th minute of the match. Hızır Pınarbaşı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Ali Kürşat Kuntman made a huge save. In the 21st match minute, Incirliova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karhan Yener to maneuver through the defense. Hızır Pınarbaşı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kürşat Kuntman having to interfere. Hızır Pınarbaşı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hızır Pınarbaşı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erman Mülayim made a kick off. Halil İbrahim Duman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erman Mülayim in the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Anamur's zone, Derman Kaynak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Duman came out of the goal and Derman Kaynak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erman Mülayim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halil İbrahim Duman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erman Mülayim, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. If Derman Kaynak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anamur's Halil İbrahim Duman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erman Mülayim in the 61st minute of play. After 66th play minutes Derman Kaynak shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Halil İbrahim Duman and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Anamur getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Polat Bayülgen hit a great ball. Ali Kürşat Kuntman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuh Civanmert, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. After a rather tough play, Incirliova's Karhan Yener got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Anamur's zone, Erman Mülayim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halil İbrahim Duman came out of the goal and Erman Mülayim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Karhan Yener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Erman Mülayim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halil İbrahim Duman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Erman Mülayim notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Anamur's Halil İbrahim Duman. Halil İbrahim Duman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 90 played minutes Incirliova got a freekick which was hit by Karhan Yener.
