Abdullatif Ruşeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Derman Kaynak in the 10th minute of the match. Abdullatif Ruşeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derman Kaynak in the 16th minute of play. Moda JK's Abdullatif Ruşeni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erman Mülayim in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Resul Demir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 played minutes Incirliova got a freekick which was hit by Karhan Yener. 29 minutes into the match, Resul Demir sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Ali Kürşat Kuntman threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Resul Demir this time. Erman Mülayim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdullatif Ruşeni having to interfere. Karhan Yener hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Moda JK were furious when Gökçek Yıldız was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Moda JK:s Abdullatif Ruşeni showed great skill when he stopped Boran Timuroz:s penalty. If Derman Kaynak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Moda JK's Önder Tecer got a free kick in the 55th minute. Ali Kürşat Kuntman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Önder Tecer, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Önder Tecer might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ali Kürşat Kuntman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Önder Tecer ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Önder Tecer in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Kürşat Kuntman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Baturalp Başel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kürşat Kuntman having to interfere. Önder Tecer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Kürşat Kuntman having to interfere. If Mehmet Osman Ayvazoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdullatif Ruşeni came out of the goal and Erman Mülayim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Incirliova supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Incirliova would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
