Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kapalicarsi JK's Arif Gaffar Pektay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cenap Akel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Kadri Sekib in the 3rd minute. Cenap Akel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sungurbey Sururi, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Tunçsoy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cahit Vefakar was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Mehmet Tunçsoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kapalicarsi JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Cahit Vefakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Gaffar Pektay in the 18th minute of play. Cahit Vefakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sait Tokgöz in the 20th minute of the match. Berker Rıza Borlu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cahit Vefakar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cahit Vefakar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cahit Vefakar came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Kapalicarsi JK's Mehmet Tunçsoy. But to his dismay, Mehmet Tunçsoy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Mehmet Tunçsoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cahit Vefakar having to interfere. Mehmet Tunçsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cahit Vefakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sungurbey Sururi to make the kick off. Cahit Vefakar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Gaffar Pektay's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Kapalicarsi JK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Berker Rıza Borlu hit a great ball. Mehmet Tunçsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Cahit Vefakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Kapalicarsi JK's Arif Gaffar Pektay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cahit Vefakar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Tunçsoy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Cahit Vefakar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 77 minutes into the game, Afşar Akçan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kibriscik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kapalicarsi JK the free kick. A collision led to Kibriscik getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Afşar Akçan hit a great ball. Arif Gaffar Pektay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Kapalicarsi JK's Arif Gaffar Pektay got a free kick in the 87th minute. Afşar Akçan shot a long shot in the 91st minute and a light blocked Cenap Akel hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-2.
