The referee ignored Sariyerspor's protests and gave Saffet Şinas a yellow card for diving instead. Saffet Şinas kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Arcan Ünveren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariyerspor's goalkeeper Salih Hacılar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saffet Şinas might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Halil İbrahim Birdal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saffet Şinas ran back to his position shaking his head. Mikail Ruşen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salih Hacılar having to interfere. If Saffet Şinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Akkisla SK's Halil İbrahim Birdal got control of the ball when Vural Sami tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikail Ruşen was the one to do the kick off. Salih Hacılar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mikail Ruşen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 54 minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vural Sami couldn't finish the play. 2-2 became the score in the 93rd minute when Saffet Şinas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
