A collision led to Sariyerspor getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Vural Sami hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dargecit SK's zone, Vural Sami stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Meriç Ozansu came out of the goal and Vural Sami tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute, Engin Kılınç got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Salih Hacılar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Dargecit SK getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Arkın Canay hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Atakan Ülken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sariyerspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Atakan Ülken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meriç Ozansu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Dargecit SK fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Dargecit SK's Halil İbrahim Uluhan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Salih Hacılar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 30th minute Saffet Şinas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meriç Ozansu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32ndth minute of the game Halil İbrahim Uluhan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sariyerspor's Salih Hacılar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vural Sami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Nejat Akbulut recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Halil İbrahim Uluhan made a kick off. Arkın Canay kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Alim Çırak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Salih Hacılar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halil İbrahim Uluhan's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Vural Sami could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Meriç Ozansu however easily saved by the left post. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sariyerspor's goalkeeper Salih Hacılar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Saffet Şinas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Halil İbrahim Uluhan in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Salih Hacılar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dargecit SK's Meriç Ozansu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saffet Şinas in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute Engin Kılınç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salih Hacılar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hasan Tahsin Kutay scored 2-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Salih Hacılar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Halil İbrahim Uluhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dargecit SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Halil İbrahim Uluhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salih Hacılar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Meriç Ozansu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saffet Şinas in the 83rd minute of the match. Vural Sami fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meriç Ozansu having to interfere. Meriç Ozansu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saffet Şinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Dargecit SK's goalkeeper Meriç Ozansu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vural Sami. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sariyerspor players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dargecit SK.
