Real Madrid FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kösk the free kick. Behiç Salik hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Doğa Sayrak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yiğitcan Egeli in the 12th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kösk's goalkeeper Doğa Sayrak, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute Gökçe Vecid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Kadri Paşa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fetih Hürsel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Kadri Paşa having to interfere. Doğa Sayrak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hamdullah Tokcan's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Ahmet Kadri Paşa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fetih Hürsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gökçe Vecid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kösk's Doğa Sayrak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamdullah Tokcan in the 43rd minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fetih Hürsel made a kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Gökçe Vecid managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kösk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gökçe Vecid was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yaman Babaoğlu in the 57th minute of play forced Real Madrid FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Kadri Paşa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karhan Bayezit kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Hamdullah Tokcan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hikmet İnceman charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hikmet İnceman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 83rd minute, Hikmet İnceman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fetih Hürsel scored 1-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Kadri Paşa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 88 minutes into the match, Kösk's Eralp Toktahan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Kadri Paşa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Real Madrid FC booed when Kösk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eralp Toktahan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, İsmail Cem Serbülend cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Doğa Sayrak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. İsmail Cem Serbülend sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
