Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ulaş Sefa kicked off to start the match. Ulaş Sefa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Halis Kabil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Torbali's goal looked a bit too open when Ulaş Sefa came free, but Halis Kabil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Torbali got a freekick which was hit by Seyhan Uçanok. Tolga Salahaddin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment İncesu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolga Salahaddin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercüment İncesu, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the match, Torbali's goalkeeper Halis Kabil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuzalp Mutlugün. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yavuzalp Mutlugün got free with Halis Kabil in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulaş Sefa in the 29th minute of play forced Torbali's goalkeeper Halis Kabil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ercüment İncesu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Tolga Salahaddin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Torbali's zone, Yavuzalp Mutlugün stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halis Kabil came out of the goal and Yavuzalp Mutlugün tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute of the match, Ulaş Sefa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Halis Kabil saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Torbali's Halis Kabil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Torbali from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Ulaş Sefa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gürsu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 44th minute, Kurtuluş İmren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Torbali's goalkeeper Halis Kabil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuzalp Mutlugün. Torbali's Halis Kabil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulaş Sefa in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ercüment İncesu to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Gürsu's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment İncesu came free, but Tolga Salahaddin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Ulaş Sefa made a precise shot to the right of Halis Kabil. Torbali's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. If Yavuzalp Mutlugün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Torbali's Ercüment İncesu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolga Salahaddin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Halis Kabil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yavuzalp Mutlugün, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 82nd minute Selami Budun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halis Kabil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cenk Ersever sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selami Budun in the 85th minute of play forced Torbali's goalkeeper Halis Kabil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürsu's Sinan Sağbilge got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Ulaş Sefa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Halis Kabil. Torbali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulaş Sefa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Gürsu walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
