Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ahmet Bülent Kuter got the match started through his kick off. Yasin İlcan hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute Ahmet Bülent Kuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erbatur Öztürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Bülent Kuter who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Erbatur Öztürk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 23 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Gaffar Özaktuğ. If Utku Özerkmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Kartal JK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Bülent Kuter came free, but Erbatur Öztürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmet Bülent Kuter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erbatur Öztürk came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Bülent Kuter slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 34th minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galatasaray's goalkeeper Tuna Özbil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Günay Tunçkol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galatasaray's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kartal JK the free kick. After 46 played minutes Galatasaray got a freekick which was hit by Günay Tunçkol.
The wind increased when Osman Berat made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Galatasaray getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lütfi Boztepe hit a great ball. Kartal JK's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 55th minute of the game, when Nizam Yalazay after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Galatasaray's goal. Nizam Yalazay was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Kamil Çetiner kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Osman Berat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tuna Özbil having to interfere. Savaşer Sönmezalp hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ahmet Bülent Kuter scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erbatur Öztürk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tuna Özbil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osman Berat in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Ahmet Bülent Kuter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erbatur Öztürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaffar Özaktuğ's late challenge caught a Kartal JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaffar Özaktuğ helped the player get up and apologised. Erhan Ergunalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erbatur Öztürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erhan Ergunalp in the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Bülent Kuter in the 89th minute of play forced Kartal JK's goalkeeper Erbatur Öztürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Utku Özerkmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Galatasaray's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
