After 19 played minutes, Alacam's İsmet Yıldırımtürk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Garip Çokman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alacam reached it. If Cenk Baykan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sefa Başesgioğlu during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Alacam booed when Ladik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sefa Başesgioğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Alacam's Berke Cevan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Garip Çokman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Berke Cevan could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Garip Çokman however easily saved by the left post. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hacı Ethem to strike the kick off in the second half. Resul Tuney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hacı Ethem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Yahya Koralp in the 71st minute of play forced Alacam's goalkeeper Resul Tuney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Alacam's Cenk Baykan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Garip Çokman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Berke Cevan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Garip Çokman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cenk Baykan in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Garip Çokman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute, Berke Cevan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ladik's goalkeeper Garip Çokman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ladik players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alacam.
