Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ata Hatemoğlu got the match started through his kick off. Metin Sezal hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Mehmet Özveri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Bahattin Hızır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Maltepespor's Beyhan Canpolat got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 13th play minute Mehmet Özveri came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bahattin Hızır. 1-0. The supporters of Buharkent SK booed when Maltepespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metin Sezal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hakkı Devrim Gümüşsoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İbrahim Koytan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asım Arif Aytuğ took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bahattin Hızır. Maltepespor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Doğuhan Ulus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Buharkent SK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Demirhan Saraç hit a great ball. In the 37th match minute, Maltepespor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beyhan Canpolat to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Maltepespor's goal looked a bit too open when Ata Hatemoğlu came free, but Bahattin Hızır reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 minutes of play Maltepespor's Beyhan Canpolat was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Maltepespor's Beyhan Canpolat got a free kick in the 39th minute. Mehmet Özveri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Doğuhan Ulus made a kick off. Doğuhan Ulus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Devrim Gümüşsoy having to interfere. When Mehmet Özveri came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Buharkent SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehmet Özveri couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Maltepespor getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Şehzade Önen hit a great ball. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Maltepespor! In the 94th minute Mehmet Özveri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahattin Hızır saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ata Hatemoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Buharkent SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Maltepespor had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
