Ihsaniye FK's Özen Refet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Ziya İşkembeci in the 7th minute of play. Rauf Omural hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Özen Refet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bilge İsiman in the 9th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Ihsaniye FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Ziya İşkembeci came free, but Özen Refet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Basri Hisarcık had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faruk İmran in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Çağatay Gökyüzü saved Iznik FK from getting behind. Ramiz Atacan kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Basri Hisarcık's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Çağatay Gökyüzü read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Basri Hisarcık received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Çağatay Gökyüzü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Basri Hisarcık who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iznik FK's Çağatay Gökyüzü was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Faruk İmran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Çağatay Gökyüzü tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bilge İsiman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Özen Refet made a huge save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 62nd minute Ahmet Ziya İşkembeci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Özen Refet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Başar Akkaya kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Özen Refet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilge İsiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özen Refet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ziya İşkembeci in the 73rd minute of the match. Şerif Özdel kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Battal Cüneyt Olcaytug, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 87 played minutes Ihsaniye FK got a freekick which was hit by Başar Akkaya.
