Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Akcadag's Altay Nurtekin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altay Nurtekin in the 4th minute of play forced Sungurlu's goalkeeper Yücel Özyuva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erhun Tolun hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Sungurlu's Birsel Türek broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Battal Vecihi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akcadag's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Vecihi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yücel Özyuva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yücel Özyuva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Battal Vecihi in the 34th minute of play. Altay Nurtekin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yücel Özyuva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Altay Nurtekin ran back to his position shaking his head. Anıl Batıkan hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Battal Vecihi took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yücel Özyuva. Yücel Özyuva dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Seçkin Özan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sungurlu's supporters rose to their feet, but Seçkin Özan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çağrı Tecimen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yücel Özyuva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Battal Vecihi in the 44th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Seçkin Özan to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sungurlu's zone, Erhun Tolun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yücel Özyuva came out of the goal and Erhun Tolun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Battal Vecihi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yücel Özyuva having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Battal Vecihi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yücel Özyuva was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Sungurlu's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Altay Nurtekin 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. 71 minutes into the match, Hakkı Onur Beytekin sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Yücel Özyuva threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Hakkı Onur Beytekin this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Altay Nurtekin in the 72nd minute of play forced Sungurlu's goalkeeper Yücel Özyuva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Altay Nurtekin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yücel Özyuva was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. If Battal Vecihi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Halil Can Serbülend hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Seçkin Özan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute.
