Tuzla SK's Recep Ekabir shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by İldeniz Aktay but with some difficulty. Ahmet Yahya Sacid came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and İldeniz Aktay could save by the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Tuzla SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Ulucan came free, but kaya Başkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hazım Ulucan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Behlül Doğangün kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Mehmet Emin Akay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without kaya Başkaya having to interfere. İldeniz Aktay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sedat Yüksel in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sultanhamam FK's goalkeeper İldeniz Aktay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hazım Ulucan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. kaya Başkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Yahya Sacid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tuzla SK's kaya Başkaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hazım Ulucan in the 36th minute of play. If Mehmet Emin Akay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Hazım Ulucan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but kaya Başkaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Sultanhamam FK's zone, Ahmet Yahya Sacid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. İldeniz Aktay came out of the goal and Ahmet Yahya Sacid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sedat Yüksel to strike the kick off in the second half. When Savaş Akpınar fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sultanhamam FK's protests and gave Savaş Akpınar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Savaş Akpınar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 60 played minutes Sultanhamam FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Emir Dirsehan. 62 minutes into the match, Sultanhamam FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sedat Yüksel came free, but İldeniz Aktay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Emin Akay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but kaya Başkaya made a huge save. Behlül Doğangün's late challenge caught a Sultanhamam FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Behlül Doğangün helped the player get up and apologised. Behlül Doğangün hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Tuzla SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Yahya Sacid. In the 72nd minute, Okanalp Kudretullah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute of the match Yaşar Nuri Uzkan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but kaya Başkaya showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hazım Ulucan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. kaya Başkaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sultanhamam FK. Sultanhamam FK's Mehmet Emin Akay got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sedat Yüksel in the 80th minute of play forced Sultanhamam FK's goalkeeper İldeniz Aktay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. kaya Başkaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Ulucan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Yahya Sacid in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İldeniz Aktay saved Sultanhamam FK from getting behind. Hazım Ulucan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without kaya Başkaya having to interfere. After some careless play in the Tuzla SK defense, Mehmet Emin Akay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of kaya Başkaya. The Tuzla SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that kaya Başkaya should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Yahya Sacid in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İldeniz Aktay saved Sultanhamam FK from getting behind. kaya Başkaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Emin Akay in the 97th minute. In the 98th minute, Recep Ekabir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 99th minute of the match Yaşar Nuri Uzkan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but kaya Başkaya skillfully saved the ball. When the match was over Sultanhamam FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tuzla SK throughout the match.
