Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arda Ozan Uğurhan took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gevas JK's Ünal İksir got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Enginsu Dağhan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Mehmet Ferit Gök fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gevas JK's protests and gave Mehmet Ferit Gök a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th match minute, Gevas JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Ferit Gök to maneuver through the defense. Gevas JK's Tuğrul Tenzil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökcan Osmanoğlu in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match Mehmet Bedri Derman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tuğrul Tenzil showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sabri Sezginay hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Tuğrul Tenzil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yakup Kadri Kocakalp went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Selendi SK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Alparslan Tokgöz hit a great ball. After 21 played minutes, Gevas JK's Ahmet Korcan Uçhan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Enginsu Dağhan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gevas JK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Engin Murathan in the 29th minute of play forced Selendi SK's goalkeeper Enginsu Dağhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arda Ozan Uğurhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enginsu Dağhan having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Selendi SK got a freekick which was hit by Alparslan Tokgöz. Enginsu Dağhan didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 34th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Tuğrul Tenzil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Kocakalp in the 40th minute of play. When Yakup Kadri Kocakalp came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Selendi SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yakup Kadri Kocakalp couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yakup Kadri Kocakalp to strike the kick off in the second half. Selendi SK's Enginsu Dağhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ünal İksir in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to Selendi SK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Yakup Kadri Kocakalp hit a great ball. Ünal İksir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Enginsu Dağhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökcan Osmanoğlus short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Tuğrul Tenzil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Yakup Kadri Kocakalp took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Tuğrul Tenzil to make any attempt to save it. When Gevas JK's Arda Ozan Uğurhan in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Selendi SK's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakup Kadri Kocakalp in the 76th minute of play forced Gevas JK's goalkeeper Tuğrul Tenzil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Arda Ozan Uğurhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gevas JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Arda Ozan Uğurhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enginsu Dağhan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Tuğrul Tenzil managed to avoid a goal in the 88thth minute, when Selendi SK's Gökcan Osmanoğlu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Selendi SK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
