After a rather tough play, Bucak's Uğuralp Budak got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Aktan Kutluay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gökalp Sungurbay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Gökalp Sungurbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rafet Patlar charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafet Patlar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 10 minutes into the match, Kemal Derelioğlu notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Genc FK's Gürhan Songur. Gürhan Songur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th match minute, Bucak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uğuralp Budak to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Genc FK's goal looked a bit too open when Kemal Derelioğlu came free, but Gürhan Songur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Kemal Derelioğlu made a precise shot to the right of Gürhan Songur. Genc FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Güneş Ağçelik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Güven Siyami mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bucak and the Genc FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kemal Derelioğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gürhan Songur having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Gökalp Sungurbay was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Kemal Derelioğlu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gürhan Songur, passed just outside the right post. Bektaş Ali Erek took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aktan Kutluay. Bucak's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Ahmet Gökalp Sungurbay notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Bucak's Aktan Kutluay. Aktan Kutluay was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Celalettin Parskan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Kemal Derelioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bucak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kemal Derelioğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bucak's Aktan Kutluay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celalettin Parskan in the 79th minute of play. Aktan Kutluay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Gökalp Sungurbay in the 86th minute of the match. Uğuralp Budak's late challenge caught a Genc FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Uğuralp Budak helped the player get up and apologised. Aktan Kutluay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celalettin Parskan in the 97th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
