Hayri İltemiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Sacit Ilgaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sacit Ilgaz was a little too slow when Müslüm Uyaralp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Seyit Yazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Uzundere's goal looked a bit too open when Seyit Yazar came free, but Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Kozan FK's Seyit Yazar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 25 minutes, Hayri İltemiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uzundere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hayri İltemiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hayri İltemiz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sacit Ilgaz made a huge save. Murat Demirhan kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uzundere's goalkeeper Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hayri İltemiz struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sacit Ilgaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uzundere. Hayri İltemizs short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Sacit Ilgaz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the match, Kozan FK's goalkeeper Sacit Ilgaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hayri İltemiz. Kozan FK's Seyit Yazar got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Peker Bengialp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Peker Bengialp was the one to do the kick off. If Müslüm Uyaralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baran Bilge Mukaddes kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Sacit Ilgaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Müslüm Uyaralp in the 54th minute of the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Peker Bengialp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uzundere's Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Seyit Yazar in the 65th minute. Peker Bengialp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. The referee ignored Uzundere's protests and gave Nazmi Uygar a yellow card for diving instead. 81 minutes into the match, Kozan FK's Ensar Tekcan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 82nd minute Müslüm Uyaralp suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Duran Mümin charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Duran Mümin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th match minute, Kozan FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duran Mümin to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Ensar Tekcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute of the match Ensar Tekcan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Buğra Koçarslanoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
