Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Celalettin Zafir got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Kesan's Celalettin Zafir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Altan Şıran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Abdullatif Ulukan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Fuat Hatip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abdullatif Ulukan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emrah Murat lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Altan Şıran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdullatif Ulukan, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Alkan Özarı's late challenge caught a Kesan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alkan Özarı helped the player get up and apologised. Catalpinar SK's Sacit Esraf got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Kesan's Halim Ünlüsoy got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Hamit Ramiz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kesan's Gazanfer Özdeğer didn't even have to move. After the first half Kesan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Akşemseddin Ülkümen made the kick off in the second half. Gaffar Üçer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celalettin Zafir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Altan Şıran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Altan Akgül had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Altan Şıran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celalettin Zafir, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The supporters of Kesan booed when Catalpinar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sacit Esraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akşemseddin Ülkümen in the 66th minute of play forced Kesan's goalkeeper Gazanfer Özdeğer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altan Şıran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celalettin Zafir in the 69th minute. Akşemseddin Ülkümen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gazanfer Özdeğer having to interfere. Gazanfer Özdeğer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Akşemseddin Ülkümen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaffar Üçer hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Akşemseddin Ülkümen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazanfer Özdeğer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Akşemseddin Ülkümen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kesan getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Güney Koçaş hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Kesan's Fuat Hatip got a free kick in the 94th minute. After 96 played minutes Kesan got a freekick which was hit by Altan Akgül. Gazanfer Özdeğer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akşemseddin Ülkümen, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Kesan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kesan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
