After 6 played minutes, Akkus FK's Ahmet Nafiz Mevlit shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Günalp Onay came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Akkus FK reached it. In the 9thth minute of the game Ahmet Bülent Karun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Akkus FK's Saadettin Ertaş was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Hüseyin Rahmi Atikoğlu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saadettin Ertaş was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hüseyin Rahmi Atikoğlu in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saadettin Ertaş saved Akkus FK from getting behind. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akkus FK's goalkeeper Saadettin Ertaş, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Agah Ciner kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Agah Ciner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 24 minutes, Halit İmam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Battalgazi JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halit İmam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Battalgazi JK's Günalp Onay got control of the ball when Agah Ciner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Günalp Onay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mecnun Yörük in the 31st minute of the match. Günalp Onay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mecnun Yörük, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Agah Ciner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Agah Ciner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agah Ciner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Günalp Onay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Halit İmam scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Saadettin Ertaş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mecnun Yörük stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Agah Ciner came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Akkus FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agah Ciner couldn't finish the play. If Hüseyin Rahmi Atikoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahattin Tüzüner hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Zekeriya Üster sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Günalp Onay skillfully saved the ball. In the 74th match minute, Akkus FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçhan Yatuk to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Akkus FK's Saadettin Ertaş got control of the ball when Ahmet Bülent Karun tried to sneak it across the goal line. Akkus FK's Saadettin Ertaş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Akkus FK from getting a goal against them. Günalp Onay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agah Ciner in the 90th minute of play. Agah Ciner took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Günalp Onay. Günalp Onay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The Akkus FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Battalgazi JK's performance. The match ended with a win for Battalgazi JK.
