Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bornova's Niyazi Zakir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as Çakabey Çırakoğlu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Devlet Özgenc. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Atilla Tarkan İnanır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gökay Bayer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niyazi Zakir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gökay Bayer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Gökay Bayer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niyazi Zakir in the 14th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gazanfer Aksakal during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Bornova was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazanfer Aksakal to maneuver through the defense. Devlet Özgenc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abidin Kamber in the 19th minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Niyazi Zakir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bornova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niyazi Zakir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Saray FK booed when Bornova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arkın Şahsuvaroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Çakabey Çırakoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Niyazi Zakir got free in front of the goal in the 34th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Gökay Bayer was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 36th match minute, Saray FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaan Kutel to maneuver through the defense. Atilla Tarkan İnanır sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute Gazanfer Aksakal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökay Bayer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abidin Kamber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Devlet Özgenc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abidin Kamber in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Devlet Özgenc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 67th minute, Abidin Kamber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arcan Rıdvan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Gökay Bayer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niyazi Zakir, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 77 played minutes Saray FK got a freekick which was hit by Arcan Rıdvan. Niyazi Zakir might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gökay Bayer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niyazi Zakir ran back to his position shaking his head. 89 minutes into the match, Bornova's goal looked a bit too open when Çakabey Çırakoğlu came free, but Devlet Özgenc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Abidin Kamber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Devlet Özgenc. Bornova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abidin Kamber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Saray FK had won after a very even match.
