Turgay Mert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Necat Canbolat made a huge save. Fedai Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 minutes of play, Hekimhan FK's Vacid Revan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Selçuk Çelikoz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gürsel Bakkalbaşı hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes Hekimhan FK got a freekick which was hit by Vedat Oymen. With a little luck, Hekimhan FK's Necat Canbolat got control of the ball when Turgay Mert tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berkan Raid in the 31st minute of play forced Hekimhan FK's goalkeeper Necat Canbolat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selçuk Çelikoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedai Soyuer in the 37th minute of play. When Hekimhan FK's Vacid Revan in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gölova's goalie prevented a goal. If Turgay Mert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Necat Canbolat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkan Raid in the 46th minute of the match. Fedai Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vacid Revan in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Selçuk Çelikoz saved Gölova from getting behind. When Vacid Revan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 58 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Selçuk Çelikoz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Fedai Soyuer came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Hekimhan FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedai Soyuer couldn't finish the play. Duran Aktaşoğlu hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Berkan Raid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gölova's Turgay Mert in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hekimhan FK's goalie prevented a goal. The attack was good, but when Vacid Revan in the 67th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Fedai Soyuer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Selçuk Çelikoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Gölova's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fedai Soyuer fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Hekimhan FK's zone, Turgay Mert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necat Canbolat came out of the goal and Turgay Mert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fedai Soyuer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vacid Revan struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Selçuk Çelikoz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hekimhan FK. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Turgay Mert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gölova's supporters rose to their feet, but Turgay Mert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Necat Canbolat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Selçuk Çelikoz made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Fedai Soyuer sent off a good shot on target. If Turgay Mert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute.
