Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Suhut SK's Şanver Ergök started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Davut Şahit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Hacı Ökmener tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdulkerim Özay's late challenge caught a Suhut SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The Suhut SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hacı Ökmener should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Suhut SK booed when Iznik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıfat Geylanlar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şanver Ergök in the 19th minute of play forced Iznik's goalkeeper Tevfik Keçeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
