With a little luck, Nizip FK's Mücahit Arpacıoğlu got control of the ball when İlmi Cinel tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, İlmi Cinel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ceyhan's supporters crossed their fingers, but İlmi Cinel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute, Erol Fırıncıoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Haşim Yanaç in the 21st minute of play forced Ceyhan's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Okcun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ali Çağrı Okcun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Haşim Yanaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Sancar Baysungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mücahit Arpacıoğlu having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, İlmi Cinel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mücahit Arpacıoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the game, Ahmet Haşim Yanaç cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Ali Çağrı Okcun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Haşim Yanaç in the 59th minute of play forced Ceyhan's goalkeeper Ali Çağrı Okcun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ahmet Haşim Yanaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. İlmi Cinel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mücahit Arpacıoğlu having to make a save. Sancar Baysungur might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mücahit Arpacıoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sancar Baysungur ran back to his position shaking his head. Erol Fırıncıoğlu in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ali Çağrı Okcun, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ahmet Haşim Yanaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Haşim Yanaç struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Ali Çağrı Okcun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nizip FK. Ahmet Haşim Yanaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ali Çağrı Okcun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute İlmi Cinel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mücahit Arpacıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sancar Baysungur blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mücahit Arpacıoğlu having to make a save. Sancar Baysungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mücahit Arpacıoğlu having to interfere. The Nizip FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
