Sezer Nurettin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Şenel Satıbey took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sezer Nurettin. Sezer Nurettin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Göztepe's Sezer Nurettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şenel Satıbey in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Erdi Üstünbay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Altinözü SK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Sinan Eroğuz hit a great ball. Ahmet Fikret Mahmut took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saadettin Trabzonlu. If Şenel Satıbey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 24 minutes, Şenel Satıbey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altinözü SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şenel Satıbey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rüknettin Tamer hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Altan İnan in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sezer Nurettin saved Göztepe from getting behind. When Altinözü SK's Altan İnan in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Göztepe's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35th match minute, Altinözü SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altan İnan to maneuver through the defense. Altan İnan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Sezer Nurettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Şenel Satıbey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 72 minutes Göztepe's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Songurhan Yalman who took care of the corner kick. Çelebi Sacid made a great header on Altinözü SK's corner, it was just that Göztepe's Sezer Nurettin managed to reach the ball for a save. 74 minutes into the match, Göztepe's goalkeeper Sezer Nurettin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Altan İnan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Fikret Mahmut in the 80th minute of play forced Altinözü SK's goalkeeper Saadettin Trabzonlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
