With his leg Yenal Arabacı managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Istinye JK's Şerafettin Kantara fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as Şerafettin Kantara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Yenal Arabacı. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Ataman Kutlubay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Istinye JK defense, Ataman Kutlubay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cezmi Yalaza. The Istinye JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cezmi Yalaza should have stopped the shot. Yenal Arabacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaşar Nuri Baliç in the 20th minute of the match. Ataman Kutlubay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ataman Kutlubay's late challenge caught a Istinye JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ataman Kutlubay helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kozyatagi SK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ataman Kutlubay hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Yaşar Nuri Baliç sped through Kozyatagi SK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yenal Arabacı. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Yaşar Nuri Baliç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Istinye JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaşar Nuri Baliç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yenal Arabacı breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Şerafettin Kantara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yenal Arabacı was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, one of Istinye JK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Istinye JK. Kürşat Şahoğlu's late challenge caught a Kozyatagi SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kürşat Şahoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Istinye JK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Kürşat Şahoğlu hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şerafettin Kantara in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yenal Arabacı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şerafettin Kantara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Yenal Arabacı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Kozyatagi SK got a freekick which was hit by Yılmaz Sevimli. Yavuz Ümit hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Istinye JK's Şerafettin Kantara got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Şerafettin Kantara came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Istinye JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şerafettin Kantara couldn't finish the play. Yenal Arabacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yaşar Nuri Baliç in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Kozyatagi SK's goal looked a bit too open when Şerafettin Kantara came free, but Yenal Arabacı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Istinye JK's Şerafettin Kantara in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kozyatagi SK's goalie prevented a goal. Kozyatagi SK's Yenal Arabacı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şerafettin Kantara in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Şerafettin Kantara notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Kozyatagi SK's Yenal Arabacı. Yenal Arabacı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kozyatagi SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Istinye JK.
