Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bahtiyar Özender started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Ivrindi's goal looked a bit too open when Fahrettin Kantürk came free, but Güven Davarcı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bahtiyar Özender had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th match minute, Ivrindi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abbas Enfal to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Fahrettin Kantürk put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Güven Davarcı. Hurşit Yalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Yenikapi SK's Hurşit Yalın dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Bahtiyar Özender managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ivrindi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahtiyar Özender was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemalettin Özozan in the 36th minute of play forced Yenikapi SK's goalkeeper Bayındır Mehmet Mikail to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 minutes of play, Ivrindi's Bahtiyar Özender made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bayındır Mehmet Mikail was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hurşit Yalın was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ivrindi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hurşit Yalın 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dinçer Tezer during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ivrindi booed when Yenikapi SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinçer Tezer didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cemalettin Özozan got free with Bayındır Mehmet Mikail in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fahrettin Kantürk hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Bahtiyar Özender took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Bayındır Mehmet Mikail to make any attempt to save it. Hurşit Yalın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the game, Yenikapi SK's Hurşit Yalın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Güven Davarcı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Aşır Adıgün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güven Davarcı having to interfere. Güven Davarcı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hurşit Yalın, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Bahtiyar Özender dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bayındır Mehmet Mikail, 4-3. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Ivrindi's Bahtiyar Özender in the 97th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Bayındır Mehmet Mikail was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Yenikapi SK through an amazing save. Ivrindi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
