When Eray Akgüneş fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kartalspor's protests and gave Eray Akgüneş a yellow card for diving instead. Yenisehir JK were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Kartalspor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kadri Tulun took the corner. The corner ended in Kadri Tulun almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kartalspor's Kahraman Mücahit did a great save. Emirhan Pozan hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Ejder Mecnun came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Yenisehir JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ejder Mecnun couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, Ahmet Seyfi Ragıp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Yenisehir JK booed when Kartalspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erdeniz Refi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enginalp Malkoç kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Eray Akgüneş reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kuddusî Hanefi. The goal made the score 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ejder Mecnun in the 30th minute of play forced Kartalspor's goalkeeper Kahraman Mücahit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Kartalspor booed when Yenisehir JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayfur Akboğa didn't get a good kick on the ball. The excitement rose when Kartalspor's Saffet Ökkeş after 37 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Yenisehir JK's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 2-0. Eray Akgüneş was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Kartalspor's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Yenisehir JK's zone, Ahmet Ali Aktaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuddusî Hanefi came out of the goal and Ahmet Ali Aktaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ejder Mecnun made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Yenisehir JK's Ejder Mecnun ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kahraman Mücahit. Kahraman Mücahit yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 57thth minute of the game Eray Akgüneş who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yenisehir JK's Kuddusî Hanefi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 60 played minutes Kartalspor got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ali Aktaç. 3-1 became the score in the 64th minute when Ahmet Ali Aktaç elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kuddusî Hanefi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eray Akgüneş went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Karahan Bozoğluer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eray Akgüneş's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kuddusî Hanefi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Ahmet Ali Aktaç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kartalspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Ali Aktaç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuddusî Hanefi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Erdeniz Refi came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Kartalspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdeniz Refi couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the match, Yenisehir JK's goal looked a bit too open when Eray Akgüneş came free, but Kuddusî Hanefi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuddusî Hanefi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eray Akgüneş, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Ahmet Ali Aktaç came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Kartalspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Ali Aktaç couldn't finish the play. Kuddusî Hanefi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eray Akgüneş went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Kartalspor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
