Saffet Ökkeş was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Eray Akgüneş had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Azdavay's Ensar Tuner got a free kick in the 40th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Kartalspor's Saffet Ökkeş broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Güralp Toktuğ struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Ali Aktaç was the one to do the kick off. Eray Akgüneş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cihangir Kutcan having to interfere. Ahmet Ali Aktaç blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cihangir Kutcan having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Gürkan Adalı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kahraman Mücahit was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Azdavay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kartalspor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
