In the 23rd minute, Hızır Yoruk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bedrettin Uçkun stood somewhat misplaced when Mehmet Arif Yeğiner came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. A collision led to Artvin JK getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. İnanç Bakırcı hit a great ball. Abay Şahtürk shot from long distance in the 36th minute, but Bedrettin Uçkun was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. After a rather tough play, Artvin JK's Saruhan Hoyrat got a free kick in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the match, Buharkent's Abay Şahtürk broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Buharkent booed when Artvin JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. İnanç Bakırcı didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute Mehmet Arif Yeğiner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Uçkun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Buharkent's Mehmet Arif Yeğiner got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Buharkent booed when Artvin JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metehan Geçer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Arif Yeğiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Şanver Keskin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardahan Bozkaya having to interfere.
