Ödemis's Olcay Otaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emran Sağun in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saffet Karay in the 12th minute of play forced Mihaliccik SK's goalkeeper Ahmet İlke Yarlık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Balamir Özkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Saffet Karay dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahmet İlke Yarlık, 1-0. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Balamir Özkan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ali Cafer Zikri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olcay Otaran having to make a save. İbrahim Uyguralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olcay Otaran having to interfere. İbrahim Uyguralp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olcay Otaran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Olcay Otaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cafer Zikri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ödemis's goalkeeper Olcay Otaran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ödemis's Olcay Otaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İbrahim Uyguralp in the 41st minute of play. Mihaliccik SK's Ahmet İlke Yarlık played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saffet Karay in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Saffet Karay made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Saffet Karay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet İlke Yarlık was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 61st minute, Aral Bağcı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olcay Otaran made an important save on a dangerous shot by İbrahim Uyguralp in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mihaliccik SK's Ali Cafer Zikri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olcay Otaran. That made the score 3-1 after 69 minutes of play. Balamir Özkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. İbrahim Uyguralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olcay Otaran having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ödemis fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mihaliccik SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
