The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Savaşer Berksoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Savaşer Berksoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tufanbeyli FK's Savaşer Berksoy in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bor FK's goalie prevented a goal. Ardahan Memduh struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Şinasi Tankoç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bor FK. When Bor FK's Ardahan Memduh in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tufanbeyli FK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 16th minute, Ahmet Emir Talaykan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şinasi Tankoç stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ardahan Memduh's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Bor FK's zone, Savaşer Berksoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eyüp Mehmet came out of the goal and Savaşer Berksoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cihan Terzioğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Eyüp Mehmet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Savaşer Berksoy in the 37th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tufanbeyli FK's zone, Abdurrahim İlkan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şinasi Tankoç came out of the goal and Abdurrahim İlkan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ardahan Memduh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 43 minutes, Ardahan Memduh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bor FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ardahan Memduh was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 48 minutes into the game, one of Bor FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Savaşer Berksoy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Savaşer Berksoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eyüp Mehmet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aycan Muzaffer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyüp Mehmet having to interfere. Eyüp Mehmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Savaşer Berksoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Savaşer Berksoy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tufanbeyli FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Savaşer Berksoy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eyüp Mehmet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ardahan Memduhs short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Şinasi Tankoç to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 74thth minute of the game Gökhan Arısoy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bor FK's Eyüp Mehmet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 76 played minutes Tufanbeyli FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Emir Talaykan. 78 minutes into the match, Tufanbeyli FK's goal looked a bit too open when Abdurrahim İlkan came free, but Şinasi Tankoç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şinasi Tankoç came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Bor FK's Abdurrahim İlkan. But to his dismay, Abdurrahim İlkan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Tufanbeyli FK's Şinasi Tankoç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdurrahim İlkan in the 85th minute of play. If Aycan Muzaffer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Savaşer Berksoy in the 91st minute of play forced Bor FK's goalkeeper Eyüp Mehmet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bor FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
