The player immediately received a yellow card. Aktaç İldeniz, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 39th match minute, Karaisali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İshak Ongu to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

In the 53rd minute Ahmet Haşim Yildıran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlmi Türünk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Cenap Üstam had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İlmi Türünk. Karaisali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cenap Üstam was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Yetkin Ahsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mürsel Akgündüz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mürsel Akgündüz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tayfun Bağcı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Cenap Üstam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İlmi Türünk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Karaisali booed when Aydincik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Türkeş Erginsoy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Haşim Yildıran struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. İlmi Türünk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aydincik. Peyami Uçkan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. İlmi Türünk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Haşim Yildıran in the 81st minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Ahmet Haşim Yildıran notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Karaisali's İlmi Türünk. İlmi Türünk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th match minute, Aydincik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Kutsi İzgi to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute of the match Karaisali got a corner. Aydincik's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aktaç İldeniz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ahmet Haşim Yildıran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ceyhun Ortanca hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match Altan Salti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but İlmi Türünk skillfully saved the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
