If Zülfikar Kuray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Yıldıray Polatalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrahim Ongut having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ziya Onur Ökkeş took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Abdurrahim Ongut to make any attempt to save it. When Yıldıray Polatalp came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Hilvan JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yıldıray Polatalp couldn't finish the play. After having played for 28 minutes, Ziya Onur Ökkeş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hilvan JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ziya Onur Ökkeş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anıl Arda Bolat during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, Anıl Arda Bolat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 38 minutes, Zülfikar Kuray managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anafartalar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zülfikar Kuray was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Erdem Köken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anafartalar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hilvan JK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Anafartalar's Erdem Köken got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Hilvan JK's Galip Hezarfen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zülfikar Kuray in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ziya Onur Ökkeş to strike the kick off in the second half. Basri Yürükoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basri Yürükoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Basri Yürükoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hilvan JK's Kılıçalp Dengiz got a free kick in the 64th minute. Battal Seyyit Saruca was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Anafartalar's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. During the 68th minute of the match Anıl Arda Bolat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anıl Arda Bolat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Hilvan JK's Galip Hezarfen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Battal Seyyit Saruca in the 70th minute of play. Galip Hezarfen made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Zülfikar Kuray sent off a good shot on target. Galip Hezarfen had great luck who in the 74thth minute grab hold of the ball when Battal Seyyit Saruca from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Zülfikar Kuray could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Galip Hezarfen made a huge save. After 85 played minutes Anafartalar got a freekick which was hit by Ertunç Honazlı. After 86 played minutes, Hilvan JK's Uğurcan Yüce shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abdurrahim Ongut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hilvan JK reached it. Yıldıray Polatalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdurrahim Ongut having to interfere. Hilvan JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zülfikar Kuray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
